FAQs

How bad is the pain? I’m scared of needles

It all begins with an idea. Let’s start by explaining the establishment of an IV. A needle is inserted ever so slightly into the skin and a small catheter (a straw for your body) remains in place to provide direct access for our LUXOLOGY health drips. The catheter (STRAW, NOT A NEEDLE) is then removed upon completion of your drip.

DO I PAY WITH INSURANCE?

No, unfortunately we do not take insurance since we do keep our prices about the same cost as a copay to the ER (plus without the hassle of the ER wait).

Is there a travel fee?

There is no travel fee within 410. Please message us regarding travel fees as we may be able to omit a travel fee for IV parties.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

There is a $50 deposit required per drip that does go toward total cost.

Can I get a Shot with that?

OF COURSE YOU CAN! We offer a wide variety of intramuscular injections (shots) or IV add-ins which can be seen on our “Menu” screen. Message us for additional questions on shots you would like to see!

Do you cater to larger parties?

The more, the merrier! Contact us to set up a customized IV party! Perfect time for and IV party is for company events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, pre/post birthday events, family events, etc.

DO I HAVE TO SEE A DOCTOR BEFORE IV DRIPS?

Here at Luxology we take pride in our medical licenses and work hard to bring affordable, convenient services to you. We do mandate an ONLINE medical clearance exam through one of our physicians AT LEAST once a year to ensure IV hydration therapy is compatible with your health. Please make sure to inform your IV specialist of any major medical changes since your last visit when scheduling or before your drip.
